THE CONDITION OF SUCCESS

One of the conditions of successful pursuits, business including, is doing what you love and loving what you do. That must be the reason why the Polka Restaurant in Los Angeles, California, which I used to own for 20 years, was very popular with my customers. That is also why it was many times featured in American press and TV, the renowned Food Network especially, its famous host, Guy Fiery, and me in the picture below.

I have brought my love for cooking to the centre of Banbury. At 8 Butchers Row I’ve opened Café Visit and Taste. The place is not large and the menu is short, but it’s limited to the tastiest and healthiest gourmet dishes from my offer. The latter also includes excellent catering for special events.

It’s great to keep realizing my passion for cooking in a nice town and wonderful country now.
